| Youth With a Mission Newcastle exists to impact 12-17 year olds with the gospel message of Jesus Christ. We use an exciting combination of things like surfing, skating, music, [but you don't have to be a surfing, skating rockstar] retail, and camps. With the new addition of Youth Street there's something for everyone with a heart for young people and Youth Ministry. The staff and trainees are hungry for God in their own lives and are urgent about seeing MTV kids around the planet authentically soak up Jesus.
In addition to our strong focus in Newcastle and around Australia, we regularly send Youth Ministry teams to India, New Zealand, Japan and many other countries. In short, whether we are now young or forever younger, we're cranked about developing a crazy new wineskin of post- postmodern Church in our generation. In shorter......

To know God and make Him known," is the motto of Youth With a Mission
and is the goal of the DTS. We are here to train and equip people to
go out and fulfill the Great Commission. The DTS is about gaining
God's heart and using that to reach the nations of the earth. The DTS
consists of three months of learning about who God is and and how we can
be more like Him is followed by a two month outreach trip overseas to
share and walk out what we have learned. DTS is a life changing
experience that will draw you closer to God and His heart. We also will
be involved with our youth ministry called Youth Street. Every DTS
student becomes a Youth Street team staff member as they join Surf,
Skate, Dance, Art, Music and Sports team every Saturday. We hang out
with 12-17 year olds all afternoon and then invite them to Youth Street
Live, our youth service, and see God change lives every Saturday.
